School Nutrition
The Fulton County School Nutrition Program is dedicated to serving all students nutritious, safe and customer acceptable meals in support of academic achievement. On this site you will find breakfast menus, lunch menu, meal prices, menu item nutrition facts, meal payment options, free & reduced information and applications, contact information, and nutrition education resources!
Free and Reduced Lunch Information:
All households must submit a new application listing all household members for the 2022-2023 school year. Applications may take up to 10 days to process. Applications submitted online can reduce the 10 days processing time. Households are responsible for meal payments until the application is approved. New students to FCS will pay for meals until the application has been approved. Returning FCS students maintain last year’s meal status until the application is approved or the 30th day of school, whichever occurs first.

Change of Dismissal Procedures
Changing Dismissal Method -- If a student has a need to leave the school in a manner different from his/her normal routine, it will be necessary for the student to bring a “Change of Dismissal” form from the student’s parent/guardian to the classroom teacher. This should be sent prior to the date of need or immediately upon arrival to school the day of the change. Change of Dismissal forms are provided on the Findley Oaks website or can be requested from the classroom teacher at any time. Please remember bus changes will be made on an emergency basis only.
If there is last minute change your child’s dismissal (the same day but after the school day has started), please send an email to 160-DismissalFOE@fultonschools.org. Emails to the teachers and phone calls will not be accepted. Change of dismissal will not be accepted after 2:00 pm.
Fire Prevention Week Contest 2022
Since 1922, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) has sponsored Fire Prevention Week. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) announced the 2022 theme for Fire Prevention Week, "Fire won't wait. Plan your escape!", which will be the week of October 9-15, 2022.
During Fire Prevention Week, the Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire works to find every possible way to make learning about fire safety fun and exciting. This year, we will be teaming up with the Georgia Fire Sprinkler Association for the 2022 Fire Safety Tips Calendar Poster Contest, which provides a fun way for Georgia students to bring out their inner artist all while learning about fire safety.
- The poster entries should focus on 12 different fire and life safety tips.
- This year's theme, "Fire won't wait. Plan your escape", highlights why having a home escape plan is so important in the case of an emergency.
- The main topic will be used for the cover of the calendar and in the month of October. The other 11 themes will cover related safety tips.
- The winners of this contest will have their drawings placed in a Fire Safety Calendar, which will be handed out to all 3rd grade teachers across the State of Georgia so they can review a new safety tip with their students every time they turn the calendar to the next month.
- All submissions must be mailed no later than September 23, 2022.
