Overview of Holocaust
- The Holocaust was the murder of approximately 11 million people led by Nazi Dictator, Adolf Hitler. These people included homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, priests/ministers, members of labor & communists and mostly Jews.
Definition/Background
Adolf Hitler ruled as a German dictator from 1933 to 1945. Because of his political power, he managed to turn Germany into a war zone, instigating WW2. His main target was Jews. Hitler set up concentration camps all throughout Germany where 4 million Jews were murdered.
How Did Hitler Die?
As the British and Soviet troops closed in on Germany's heart, Hitler along with his wife who was his prior mistress, who he married the day before, committed suicide.
