Do you know anyone interested in scouting?
Cub Scouting is a year-round family-oriented program designed for boys AND girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Parents, leaders, and scouts work together to achieve the 10 points of the scout law while building friendships and having fun!
Contact either Mr. Ed or Ms. Chrissi and be sure to share our recruitment flier below!
Interested in volunteering, but don't know where to start??

Scout Talk
A scout is BRAVE
"A Scout is brave. A Scout can face danger although she/he is afraid. A scout has the courage to stand for what they thinks is right even if others laugh at him/her or threaten him ."
During this time of uncertainty and change, it can be difficult for some scouts to continue to be BRAVE.
A Scout is Brave:
Each week we repeat our Scout Law. One part says that a scout is brave. Being brave means that a scout faces danger, even when afraid. A scout does the right thing even when doing the wrong thing or doing nothing would be easier.
The Corona Virus may be making us all feel a bit afraid. You can be brave telling yourself:
· I have people to care for me.
· I can make choices to help me stay healthy.
· Even the government is helping me stay healthy and safe by making new rules.
What else does it mean to be brave? How might you need to show bravery when…
· You hear about people being sick. You start to feel worried. You can talk to _____.
· You need to try a new type of school on the computer. It is very different than you are used to. You can ask __________________ for help.
· Your parent is working on the computer for his/her job. You need help with your school work. What would a brave scout do?
Being brave does not mean putting yourself in danger on purpose. Remember that it is important to follow the rules that adults are making so that you can stay healthy and safe.
