Taigas are located in the northern half of continents, south of the tundra.
The cold temperatures range from -65 to 21 degrees Fahrenheit. Total snowfall ranges from 12-33 inches per year.
Some animals consist of wolves, deer, moose, elk,rabbits, and squirrels.
The main vegetation consists of coniferous trees, mosses, and lichens.
