Congratulations Ms. Lamb on being selected as our staff member of the month for April. Ms. Lamb is a dedicated instructional assistant, bus driver, and early care assistant. She puts in long days and brings positive energy to school each day. Thank you for all that you do Ms. Lamb! I know your first grade team loves working with you!

Radios: Be sure to take a radio to the playground. If your radio is not working, there are extras in the main office.
Please note that the Staff Meeting and Committee Day Meetings have been switched this month.

Please begin dismissal procedures at the appropriate time. It seems that sometimes we get moving in the afternoons a little early.
Be sure to introduce your grade level goals to students for the May 10th Goal Party. We want students to be working toward clear goals.

Applications for Summer Reading Camp are due April 11th. Micro Elementary will be a site again this year. Information for students will be forthcoming.

The district is hosting an Innovation Expo on May 31 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am at the Johnston Medical Mall. Educators and students who want to showcase an innovative practice are invited to present, and those who want to learn more about innovation in our district are invited to attend. Innovative practices include, but are not limited to, project-based learning, personalized learning, digital learning, and social-emotional learning. (Link to Innovation Expo flyer)
