DATES/TIMES FOR STUDENT MATERIALS EXCHANGE - IMPORTANT
We will have two days when students can pick-up and drop-off belongings and school materials.
Date #1: Tuesday, May 26, from 12:00-6:00 p.m.
Date #2: Thursday, May 28, from 12:00-6:00 p.m.
MAP AND KEY FOR STUDENT MATERIALS EXCHANGE - IMPORTANT
The following is a key for the map (see below), which shows the the procedures we will use for all vehicles.
BLUE line: All vehicles must follow this route as it will allow us to have up to 80 cars in the queue.
YELLOW rectangle: This is the distribution site. All persons must stay IN their vehicle. Staff will be on side using personal protection equipment to collect school materials and distribute students' belongings.
GREEN parking spaces: This will be an area for people with questions or medication pick-up. This will allow the line to keep moving in a smooth manner.
YOUR VEHICLE - IMPORTANT
All vehicles must have a large sign in their drivers side windshield with students' last name(s). This should be displayed in your windshield from the time you are greeted until the time when you exchange materials.
SCHOOL MATERIALS COLLECTION - IMPORTANT
What do you return?
Library books
Books from classroom teacher or support teacher
Rental instruments for students who plan to discontinue lessons
- Anything your child's teacher indicates is in need of return.
What you do NOT return... District-Issued Chromebooks
Students who borrowed Chromebooks will keep the device and charger through the summer months in the event that we start the 2020-2021 school year remotely.
Labels... All items for return must be clearly marked with the following information.
- Student Name
- Parent Cell Phone Number
- Name of teacher who should receive the item

All students will receive
Contents of desks that are consumable such as math journals, notebooks, folders, student supplies

Families who need to pick-up medications must pull into the green parking spaces AFTER the exchange of materials in the yellow box area. For families who do not pick-up medications, the items will be disposed of in a proper manner. We cannot hold medications during the summer months.
All student items will be in a plastic bag with student's name.
