Don't Stop Believin'
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." (Nelson Mandela) Don't give up. Your education is key to finding your purpose and helping our world. Most of us are longing for what was and grieving all that we took for granted: learning face to face with a live teacher, lunch with friends, pep rallies, assemblies, sports, dances, clubs and just hanging with friends before and after school. It's okay if you are grieving; we have lost a lot.
There are multiple stages to grief and finding healing: denial, anger, depression, bargaining, acceptance. Where are you? How can you move to the next and get to a place of healthy acceptance? You are not alone. Your counselors are here to support you and help you process. We love you, care about you deeply and we miss seeing your faces. We will get through this together.
Love and hugs to all,
Mrs. E
