I am presenting my Genre two with a poster about obesity,and how to prevent it and change the way people see their everyday foods.One needs to be active and watch what they eat.Obesity has become the number one issue in the U.S .Americans need to be on balanced diets and become more aware on what they are doing to their health and body ,in other words when one is more cautious of what they eat the less problems they will have in the future regarding their health and overall lifestyle.

The choices one makes are the most important decision when dealing with health.
Drop the bad habit!
Fast foods and uncontrollable portions are the number one reason why people cannot control their weight.
Estimations!
Calculations have shown that more children became obese over the last ten years then ever before.
Routine
Dieting ,good decision making,portion control and exercise is the key to maintain ones body weight . Becoming a healthier being and saving one self on being obese .
We are number one,but in a deathly category.
The U.S is placed with the highest percentage of people being obese and unhealthy among every other country.
Stop the Madness!
A healthy balence should be taught at any age ,because the choices we make stick with us until we realize they were good or bad for us . Even then we have to deal with the circumstances and events that play out of our decision making.
