Colt Corner
#TeamCMS
October 27, 2017
Dear Colts,
What a week at CMS! We had a fun week of learning and activities as we celebrated Red Ribbon Week on campus. Many of our students transformed the campus to signify how we all stand together in unity to have a drug free life. Another transformation we welcomed is the install of our new digital marquee! We are excited about being able to communicate a lot of information throughout the week soon with the new technology. A big thanks to our PTA for assisting the campus with the much needed upgrade!
To wrap up our week we had our traditional Black Out pep rally that showcased many of our students while the rest of the student body participated in the fun. Tonight many of our Colt families will head off to Mustang Panther Stadium to be entertained at our district rivalry football game. A lot of our former Colts will participate on both sidelines tonight in so many ways like Band, Drill Team, Cheer, Pep Boy's and Spirit Rustlers. Whether we cheer for our GHS or CHHS alumni and friends, there should be a lot of excitement on this chilly fall night. I hope everyone enjoys the weekend as we look forward to entering into the month of November next week!
