November Employability Skill: Attitude
This month's employability skill focus is ATTITUDE.
The definition/description from GeorgiaBest of attitude is “the ability to demonstrate a positive, optimistic outlook; take responsibility for actions, use appropriate language; avoid gossip; show politeness; smile on a regular basis; to be enthusiastic and self-confident; take direction; to be eager and motivated to complete tasks."
During November help our student workforce practice having a positive attitude
- Smiles go a long way to good customer service
- Avoiding gossip means there isn't any "drama" at work
- To always use appropriate language even when there aren't any customers around.
