Hearne Elementary's Energizer
Week of February 17, 2020
Congratulations to Mrs. Bell, our 2020 Paraprofessional of the Year!
We need more of the 4Cs!
Did you know that 50-70% of the jobs our students will have access to when they get older will be in STEM?
The time is now to prepare our students for the world ahead. The 4Cs of employment are not innate, they have to be groomed and developed every day in our classrooms and around our building. The 4Cs are critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. As you lead your classroom this week, take a minute to identify the ways in which you are supporting our students in these 4 areas. Lets all work these opportunities to close the achievement gap into your lesson each day!
The video above represents our mission statement. We are preparing our students for the world ahead.
Never forget:
You are making a difference!
You matter!
Your students need you!
