Healthy relationship is when your partners and you feel supported and connected but still feel independent. You can have a healthy relationship with anyone in your life, including your family, friends and dating partners.
Complications in your relationship?
It is okay if there are conflicts in your relationship, that what makes a relationship. Every relationship must go through this. Your relationship has to have their ups and downs , or else it would be boring just with happy , happy, and happy, (cause i'm happy)
How to improve your relationship?
Privacy
There are times in a relationship where you or your partner needs some privacy to their selves. Just because you are in a relationship, doesn't mean that you can put your nose in whatever business they don't want you to become a part of. Same thing if you don't want him/her to know about your business that you don't want them to know. Healthy relationships includes space.
Understand each others.
When two people are in a relationship, there are some differences about them that are different from your differences. That is what makes them. So, you need to understand their differences and accept them, you can say your differences but don't make a big deal out of it. Understand why they did things the way they do, and don't judge them. Understanding them can make them feel a lot more comfortable and they also accept the way you do things your way.
Honesty
In a relationship there always needs to be honesty between the couple. Don't lie to others, and don't promise promises that you won't or can't do. The more you lie or break your promises the more they will lose trust in you, and they don't really depend on you anymore. Lying to them might make them really sad and they might have second thoughts on you. So don't lie or break your promises
