Flexibility and Range of Motion

Flexibility refers to the range of movement in a joint or number of joints, and length in muscles that cross the joints. Flexibility comes with time but stretching every day will continue to make your muscles and joints have a wider range of motion. Simple stretches can make a huge difference in just a few weeks time so doing them every day will be very helpful in getting the desired range of motion and flexibility.

BMI Range

Body mass index, or BMI, is a way to help you figure out if you are at a healthy weight for your height. For most adults, the BMI is a good way to get an idea of healthy weight ranges. In normal conditions at a healthy weight the BMI of a person is usually between 18.5-24.9. For most people, BMI gives a good estimate of total body fat, however, it can underestimate body fat in people who have lost muscle mass, such as some older people.
