MY-RIDE K-12
Our third party vendor is replacing the Traversa Ride 360 app with the My Ride K-12 app. The Ride 360 app will be discontinued by the end of the school year.
My Ride K-12 is available for download now, and we ask you to begin using it as soon as possible. You will use the same login information for My Ride K-12 as you do Traversa Ride 360. You will still be able to track buses, identify bus routes and receive messages from the transportation department. CREEK CLASSIC
STAFF SPOTLIGHT
Introducing: Miss Blair Jones
You can find Miss Jones teaching 3rd grade in the blue hallway. "I love teaching 3rd grade. I taught 3rd grade in Putnam City for 4 years, & this is my first year working in Deer Creek. I have always taught 3rd grade because I love it so much! As a former Deer Creek Antler, I am happy to be working in the district that I grew up in. It is extra special for me to have returned to my roots. Helping students grow academically is a very fruitful experience. Knowing that the future of the world is in my classroom pushes me to lead students to excellence in all aspects of life. My rigorous classroom setting helps students focus while getting the most out of their learning experience. I love seeing my students' hard work pay off. To me, 3rd grade is not just a testing year. It is an opportunity for me to pour everything I have into each of my students in hopes that it will benefit them for the rest of their lives. I hope that my students will look back on their 3rd grade year as they grow up & apply the knowledge I have given them every single day. When they do this, I hope that they think to themselves, "Hey! Miss Jones taught me this!"
Introducing: Mrs. Sandra Lombard
"My name is Sandra Lombard. I am married to my husband David and we have 3 children and a grandson that we adopted when he was a baby, which makes us parents of 4 children. We also have 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. I was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. I lived in Alaska for 2 years and was privileged to travel to many of the states in the USA and to several beautiful places outside of the USA. This is my 6th year as a Paraprofessional at GV in the Library. It is a fun job! I enjoy helping children find books that will take them on great adventures. Before I came to GV, I retired after 21 years, as a Ministry Pastor of a Southern Baptist Church. I think one of the most unusual things about me is that I am a vegetarian and have been all my life!"
