new spider species is endangered
what is it ?
the, spruce-fir moss spider also known as
(Microhexura montivaga )
, has became endangered in the north Carolina mountain region. it is endangered because of loss of habitat which are spruce trees and mats of moss, this is caused by the mortality of caused by new insect infestation.how are we helping ?
we are protecting this species by trying to stop the birch trees from dying by protecting them. we also are trying to start a captive breeding program
