Health

To ensure I have the very best health, I can keep a healthy mindset. If I think I am going to get sick, I probably will get sick. I need to maintain positive emotions and tell people how I feel.

Pain

I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by learning from it. Pain is a positive thing, and we need to learn from our mistakes and our pain. What I will gain from that "pain" is strength and confidence because I know that I can become better.

Enviorment

I AM WHO I AM BECAUSE OF MY SURROUNDINGS

I want enjoyment from life, so I need to surround myself with things that are enjoying. I need to surround myself with people who are positive and not negative. I need to do the right things and not the bad things. I need to live in the present and enjoy every second of my life.
