Aiming High @ HCC
Using Social Media in your Planning
Nearly there!
In the next half term the forum will be on the subject of social media and how it can be used in your teaching but in order to prepare for this it would be great for people to start signing up to twitter so that we can make the most of the amazing (free!) resources out there.
The aim of this bulletin is just so show you the types of resources available so you can get using them in your lessons and hopefully inspire you to join twitter!

Resources from Twitter and Blogs

1. Quick Questioning
Using questioning well gives us the opportunity to develop deep thinking and learning in our lessons but too often I find myself giving away answers or not probing deep enough. This prompt sheet really does do away with that problem as it gets you to think of ways of rewording the questions to get that bit deeper.
I have edited the original version slightly so that it can be downloaded and edited by you if you wanted to as the original was just a picture.

2. Differentiation Bookmarks
Let me know if you would like a copy printing and I can get those sorted for you.

Or directly from the toolkit http://cheneyagilitytoolkit.blogspot.co.uk/2014/09/differentiation-bookmarks.html
3. Concentric Squares
The version attached is made for a PE lesson but it can be easily edited as it is a powerpoint file.
Download from our teaching and learning website http://teachhydecc.wix.com/teachingandlearning#!issue-2/c19nn
or direct from the blog (which has more examples of how it can be used) http://cheneyagilitytoolkit.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/concentric-squared.html
