If you grow up in a household where you get bullied by your siblings or your parents you are more likely to bully others. It can make the person feel that they are worthless and that they have no friends. If the victim does not tell anyone about the bullying they can not show their emotions. The victim can result in cutting, suicide, and loss of appetite.
How are you going to handle a bullying situation?
When you see someone talking to someone in a negative way you can tell whether or not the care. If you feel like it is an awkward situation you know its bullying. Once you have been bullied you should contact authorities like your principal/dean of students.

Family members can bully or hurt their kids which causes them to do the same because it makes them angry and they need to release that anger and it goes to someone else or they take it out on themselves physically and mentally. When should you turn to professionals regarding harassment? Where could you go locally?
If your child is cutting, not eating, doing drugs/alcohol, or not wanting to go to school because of bullying you should involve professionals. What communication methods are best to influence?
I think that verbal communication is the best to influence community and family because you can connect to them better. I also think that technology is the best to influence peers because they are on technology a lot.
What solutions do you propose?
I think that we should provide more information about steps to take once your child gets bullied. Lots of people do not know when to contact law enforcement or bring in the professionals. We would inform students what to do if they see someone getting bullied.
