First Responder Community Festival
Students worked for months planning a possible event proposal. We are proud to announce that our 7th grade Maple Park and Northgate students were approved to host the “First Responder Community Festival”! The event will be May 18th 11-1 P.M. at Linden Square in Gladstone, MO.
- We want to help create/grow a sense of community between first responders and citizens. We have many public safety departments that are represented in the North Kansas City School District and we would like to build a connection with our NKC family and the community.
There will be a Poetry Contest: The poetry winner will be announced a week before the event and the winner’s poem will be read at the event. Please contact your students' SAGE teacher for more information.
If you have any questions, please contact Cassie Fogel or Shon Adamson.
