As we continue to focus on drinking more water, I wanted to share a fact that I found interesting. Not only can drinking more water make you feel full thus in theory you don't eat as much, it also helps with your metabolism and digestion of the food. "Being even 1% dehydrated can cause a significant drop in metabolism." To learn more about the benefits of drinking see: http://www.webmd.com/diet/water-for-weight-loss-diet?page=1
Technically the T25 10 week program is over, but I'm still going to be doing workouts after school M, W, and F. Please let me know if you are at all interested in working out with us. I'm looking in to different programs and need some feedback from those of you wanting to join in!
Finally, if you'd like to get a good cardio workout in, but hate the thought of CARDIO, join me on Friday at 3:00 in the training room for a fun dance cardio session. I found this workout several weeks ago and I wanted to share it with you. Come and stay as long as you want! And don't let the word "dance" scare you away. I'm a TERRIBLE dancer but I love to do it and especially love the calorie burn that comes with it. So don't worry about what you'll look like...it can't be worse than me!!
