Why is water the most essential nutrient?
The debate on which nutrient is most essential can be deabted forever. Because there's no correct answer. Although, out of all nutrients, I think water is the most essential. Water transfers vitamins & minerals while removing harmful waste. It also regulates body temperature. Also, the human body can only survive three days without water.
