Decision Making
Behavioral Style
When making decisions i tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, have an interpersonal social orientation, and are motivated by acceptance of peers and avoids conflict. Others sometimes percieve my decision making as too concerned about others, wishy-washy, and unability to say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for a well-designed, people oriented collegial (group) settings.
