What is Hurried Child Syndrome
A condition in which parents over-schedule their children's lives, push them hard for academic success, and expect them to behave and react as miniature adults.
How can parents prevent a hurried child?
The most import thing is for parents to distinguish between their own needs from those of the child. They often confuse the two, and that is the single most common cause of hurrying.
In my opinion parents shouldn't hurry their child because their child has so much to learn. Just take your time and enjoy the time you will have with your child until they are an adult. Take it one step at a time, when I have a child I will do this exact thing. Overall just let your child grown normally rather than rapidly.
