Wolf Call Weekly

9/6/21-9/10/21

Welcome to this week!

HELLO WOLF PACK STUDENTS AND FAMILIES,

We hope this message finds you well and that your school year is off to a good start!

In an effort to continue improving communication to our families and community of West Hills High School, we are using a new format of our daily bulletin which includes weekly, informative messages and announcements. Students and families will still receive messages from the school with specific announcements, things to remember, and highlights of which to be aware of. The West Hills website will include a page that will host current and previous reports as a resource. (Info, Wolf Call Weekly) We encourage your participation as an active reader of these communications that will help bridge our communication between WHHS and Students & Families. Thank you for your continued support for all students at West Hills!

WHHS Administration,

Dress Code now enforced

Please remember we are at WORK when we are on campus. When choosing your clothing for the day, please remember that stomaches need to be covered and that our dress code is here to remind us of our work place attire. We will continue enforcing the dress code. Our main focus is ACADEMICS FIRST so if you are dress coded, please stay calm and understand we will always be respectful. All students were reminded of our dress code in our English class presentations so please make great choices by remembering our dress code.

Please see our dress code policy HERE.

Keeping our campus beautiful...put trash in the trash cans!

Are you a student who likes to hang out in the PIT at lunch? Please remember to put your trash in the trash cans and to behave respectfully, responsible, and honorable. If trash and inappropriate behavior continues, the PIT may be closed next week. Thanks for your corporation!

Bells and Tardys

Hey Pack! Are you aware of the different sounding bells on campus this year? At the end of each class, break, and lunch there is a 6 minute bell. Next is a door bell sound which is the 2 minute "scurry" bell. Please be observant of the bells and avoid being tardy to your classes.

Two WHHS students, Elzie-Joy Arinduque and Andrew Huynh, from our Honors Biology class won a contest " Art of the Immune System" initiated by the La Jolla institute of Immunology, in August.
