CONGRATULATIONS MS. SNYDER!!!
Ms. Snyder's Life Skills class not only helped run our new PBIS Student Store on Tuesday, but also had tickets to redeem. That makes her and everyone in her classroom a "BIG DILL", and they get the honor of displaying our jaunty Irish dill until after Spring Break.

COGNIA RE-ACCREDITATION
Dear Parents and Guardians:
Good wishes are extended to you and your loved ones as we navigate and adjust to life’s changes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are inviting all parents and guardians to help us with input to improve our school. Surveys are a means to systematically engage all stakeholders in two-way communication. They provide school leaders and teachers with a lens into the thinking and perceptions of our stakeholders. We will analyze these results to measure our strengths and focus on our improvement needs.
We need parent and guardian input to share with our evaluation team.
Help the Coyotes with your time and ideas.
Please take a moment to complete the survey!
Have a great weekend.

- You can do this!!
TEXT4COLLEGE
We wanted to let you know about the free, federally funded Text4College project that Central Arizona College is participating in this spring. Students who participate in Text4College have the opportunity to receive interactive text messages that help keep them on track for successful college enrollment in the fall. Research has found that similar text messages can significantly improve the likelihood that students both enroll in and persist in college. This project is being conducted with the support of the Arizona Department of Education. We hope you will join us!
All it takes for your students to have access to Text4College is for your high school to administer the 10-minute online Text4College survey to graduating seniors during spring 2021. This survey identifies graduating seniors who are eligible to participate. Students chosen for Text4College will receive text messages reminding them of key steps required to successfully enter college, such as forms associated with financial aid, registration, etc. The texts are specific to the college the student plans to attend and offer customized support; Central Arizona College and Maricopa Community Colleges are currently participating. We believe this project is more important than ever given the impact COVID-19 has had on students overall, and the disproportionate impact it has had on historically underserved students.
Because a substantial number of students from your high school intend to enroll with us every year, we’re hoping you will participate so that your students have the opportunity to receive the texts and support. In addition, your school will receive a report summarizing students survey results, which will provide you with detailed information on the postsecondary plans of your students broken out by student demographics. For more information, please visit the Text4College website at https://www.text4college.com/.
