Binge drinking include the consumption of an excessive amount of alcohol in a short period of time.
The effects that Binge Drinking has on your body include:
- Possible death in extreme cases
- Can affect mood/ memory
- mental problems
Affects Ageing
One drink Irreversibly Damages the Skin, Exposes you to Cancer and Wrecks Relationships
Affects Relationships with Friends and Family
The consumption increases the risk of increased family problems and broken relationships, due to the alcohol affecting your mood, causing you to lose your temper easily.
Addiction and Withdraw takes Control Over You
Drinking too much alcohol can lead to addiction. Making you change habits in order to keep drinking. Affecting you physically,mentally and socially.
Short Term Physical Effects:
-Slurred speech
-Distorted vision
-Slower reflexes and reactions
Long Term Physical Effects:
-Addiction/alcoholism
-Cardiovascular disease
-Liver damage (cirrhosis), liver disease and failure
Emotional Effects:
-Lowered inhibitions--> ability to make good choices.
