A Video Of Appreciation
The Student Leadership Council (SLC) created a wonderful video to say "Thank You" to everyone "who makes New Tech, New Tech." We are thankful for the SLC and all the work they put into making a fun and inclusive culture for our campus.

Talent Show Auditions
It's time to audition for the New Tech Talent Show! We need lots of variety acts as well as M.C.s. Auditions will be in Mr. Scallorn's Room (Portable 2A) every morning for the next week.
If you can't make a morning audition, send me an email and we can set an appointment for another time!
Pet Page In The Yearbook?
The New Tech Yearbook is going to feature a page dedicated to the pets of New Tech students. If you would like to include your pet in the yearbook, please go to the link below.
8th Grade Parent Information SHOWCASE
If you are interested in learning more about your student attending Belton New Tech @Waskow, please join us January 26th at 5pm for a Parent Information Meeting and Campus Showcase. We will meet at the Pittenger Center at 5pm and then the campus showcase to follow.
1st Annual New Tech Project Celebration
The senior parent committee needs your help to get the seniors excited about fundraising for their project celebration event.
We are gearing up to launch a donation drive on Jan. 30th called SnapRaise. Each participating senior will provide 20 email addresses of friends, family, and businesses that would consider a tax-exempt donation to the student’s efforts to raise funds for Project Celebration.
For more information, please see the flyer below.
Prom Update
Due to a conflict with BHS's prom, we have elected to move ours to April 1st. It is important to us that our juniors and seniors are able to attend both events if they so choose. The venue offers indoor and outdoor access and is beautifully located. Mr. Scallorn will share more information at a later date.
The Art Of Junk
Art 2 and 3 students work on recycled art projects as they contemplate the nature of art and what exactly distinguishes junk from art.
