We did IT again!

Recently St. Ignatius of Antioch School was recognized with the Pennsylvania Keystone Award of Excellence at a ceremony in Hershey. This award is the third recognition this year for St. Ignatius. We are St. Ignatius proud!

Graffiti Concerns

In recent months, there have been incidents of graffiti and damage to both the Boys' and Girls' rooms on the second floor of the Red Building. It is happening during the school day as the bathrooms are checked in the morning and at the end of the day. This is not happening during any Prep Sessions. New graffiti is now appearing daily during school hours. Please take the time to speak to your child about respecting school property.

Hershey Park Tickets - Repeat Message

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is selling discounted tickets to Hershey Park. The forms are attached below. The due dates are firm and no late order forms will be accepted. All order forms go to Mrs. Madden.

Lent 2022

Our Lenten Journey continues. This week we celebrated the Sacrament of Reconciliation with the school community. We continue to live our faith with acts of service and sacrifice.

Picture Day is April 20th!

Spring Pictures are scheduled for April 20th. The 8th graders will get their pictures taken with their graduation gowns. This is the day we return from Easter Break so put a reminder on your calendars now! Students may wear their "Sunday best" for the pictures.

Scholastic Book Fair

Scholastic Book Fair is coming to

St. Ignatius School! March 29th – March 31st

Family Night: Tuesday, March 29th 6-8 PM Every family that attends will have an opportunity to win a Yardley Ice House gift certificate. Come and enjoy a soft pretzel and shop at the Book Fair!

Students will be attending the book fair with their homerooms during the school day.

Altar Serving

Father Brownholtz and our seminarian Jacob Sanz will hold an altar server training session on Thursday , April 21st from 4pm-5pm for any child interested in becoming an altar server as well as anyone who would like a refresher course. The training will take place in the church and will include a tour of the church and sacristy, a lesson on all the items used in Mass, and step by step instructions on how to serve a Mass. Please send in the attached application with your child when they attend the training. RSVP for the training to Maria LaMantia at .


We are excited to share with you that our parish is going to participate in a parish survey conducted by Catholic Leadership Institute! The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey allows parishioners to reflect on their own spiritual growth and discipleship and identify the ways in which the parish effectively supports that growth.

The web-based survey will be accessible online at and in paper form from March 2nd to April 4th . It will take about 10- 15 minutes to complete and Catholic Leadership Institute recommends that only individuals 18 years of age and older complete the survey.

At the completion of the survey, our parish will receive an aggregate report of the results. We will NOT have access to individual survey responses. This survey offers us a unique and important opportunity to learn about issues of importance to families in a confidential and professional way. We will use these results to 1) look at opportunities to support parishioner growth in discipleship and 2) create goals and action plans to achieve that growth. Please take some time to fill out the survey before April 2nd.
