Say yes to the person

Tell the person that you would be glad to help them but tell them that you do not have time to do the task. Ask them if you can have different time to do the task they ask you to do. Learn how to think on your feet and stay cool under pressure. If you try and take on too much, it will lead to poor performance, stress and lower you confidence in yourself and collaborators.



Micromanaging

Micromanaging is someone who insist on controlling the work themselves and do all of it with out any help. This can lead to being over stressed and taking on too much so that what you produce is sloppy and inefficient work. DON"T TRY AND MICROMANAGE!
