Wellness Club!
What: Kruse Wellness Club
When: Weekly on school Fridays 8am-8:35am
Where: Meet at the southeast grassy fields of Kruse
Why: To Build Strong and Resilient Kruse Cougars!
This school year, the PTO is organizing a Kruse Wellness Club for your Kruse kiddos! This *FREE* Wellness Club plans to have a diverse array of activities geared around your child's physical health, mental wellness, cooperative teamwork skills and always, with a focus on fun! The Kruse Wellness Club will be held weekly on Friday mornings from 8am-8:35am. Some activities we will host this school year include kickball, yoga, running, martial arts, and more! No experience necessary! While the club is FREE, we are planning on ordering shirts for those interested…cost to be determined. Here is a sign-up link for the planned September activities https://forms.gle/165LJeouQbsrF6Ho6 . We're using the sign-up sheet, just to get an idea of the size/age of the group so we can plan materials accordingly. The first Wellness Club meeting will be held on 9/23/22 and will be an introductory/kick-off meeting with fun games of tag, and other activities, as we meet each other. Each week we will meet at the southeast grass fields of Kruse at 8am! Kiddos can attend any week they want based on interests, no commitment or prior attendance required.
