Spotlight From the Field
Emarie Warner
Emarie Warner is the director and lead teacher of Wes Del Preschool in Gaston, Indiana. She is a graduate of Ball State University’s Teacher’s College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has previously worked as a co-teacher and student taught in classrooms at Huffer Memorial Children’s Center of Muncie with children ages 1-5. She enjoys planning and implementing hands-on exploratory learning opportunities as well as kindergarten readiness experiences for her preschoolers.
Kyle Mealy, Superintendent of Wes-Del Community Schools, says:
"Emarie Warner has worked very hard over the last several years in the building the preschool program at Wes-Del Community Schools. Our program started with under ten students and has grown to capacity in just two short years. The growth and success of our program is due to the work of Emarie as our preschool teacher and director. Emarie has developed a program that is Level 3 Paths to QUALITY(TM) which has also qualified our preschool for On My Way Pre-K. We are very proud of Emarie and the preschool program she has built here at Wes-Del Community Schools."
Haylie Reese, On My Way Pre-K Project Manager, says that Emarie goes above and beyond for her families and is exceptional to work with.
Thank you, Emarie, for everything you do for young children and families!
