What is Flipagram?

Flipagram makes it easy for anyone to tell powerful visual stories with their photos, videos and music. It's perfect for in or out of the classroom use. Simply select your photos (from your photo galleries or social media) or videos, then choose your music, add a text if you'd like and just like that you've made a flipagram!

Classroom Activity Ideas

  • Communicate with Parents, while showcasing student work: Take photos of student work, create a flipagram and post to your class instagram account. You can also email the flipagram directly to parents.
  • Students can create animated slideshows that they can use to tell a story, showcase work they've done or demonstrate what they've learned in a unit
  • Have students make a flipagram to present a particular subject or idea....such as the eight parts of speech, types of clouds, process of metamorphisis, events leading to the civil war, the scientific method, or New England Colonies-Southern Colonies-Middle Colonies.
  • Students doing a laboratory experiment could take photos of each phase of the experiment and the results. The audio can be made with a recording app or the built-in voice memo app to create narration. Students can record the process, the outcome, and what they learned.
