PARENT/FAMILY NEWSLETTER - NOVEMBER 6, 2022-ISSUE #13
Good Afternoon Cub Families!
I hope that everyone remembered to turn those clocks back last night and enjoyed an extra hour of sleep. Although I'm not a fan of the earlier sunsets, the part I do like is that our kiddos are not standing in the dark at bus stops!!
November is a busy, short month. This week we have Early Release on Tuesday (we dismiss at 12:20 pm) and there is no school on Friday in honor of Veterans Day. Student of the Month and First Quarter Awards will be held next week, and then the following week in a Teacher Workday and the Thanksgiving Break. Our students have lots of learning to do in this time, so we encourage them to stay focused amidst the crazy schedule.
We have received a Christmas Tree Donation! Thank you!! Details to follow as we thank our generous donor.
As both a former military child, and the leader of this wonderful school in a military community, I would like to extend a very Happy Veterans Day to all who served! Thank you for your commitment and sacrifice.
Wishing you all a Wonderful Week!!
Denise Gartner
Principal
