A Community of Writers
It's been wonderful to see our students so engaged in writing! Not only have they been learning to plan, organize and accurately compose their ideas, they are also learning to share their writing with their peers and to give and receive feedback in order to improve their writing. What powerful, important life skills!
It's a Small World!
This display so beautifully captures many of the languages spoken by our students at Dryden - Albanian, Assyrian, Bulgarian, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malayalam, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swahili, Ukranian, and more! We are fortunate to be able to learn about many rich languages and cultures from one another at school!
Learning about the complex art and science of teaching is endless, yet so valuable, especially when we are able to collaborate with one another. Dryden teachers had an amazing experience last week as they observed one another teach and shared ideas. Their commitment to continuous improvement greatly benefits our students!
