Principal's Update

Spring season is starting in the high school and events are underway. It is truly amazing the number of events and activities that SHS offers. The Spring sports season has started and our teams are starting what is already successful spring seasons.

The school play is next week with the opening of The Adams Family on Thursday 7th through Saturday April 9th. Next month we have grade level academic awards, top 5%, and our senior salute. This all leads into prom and graduation at Catan Stadium.

The time seems to fly by and as a father of a graduating senior it seems like the past few years are a blur. As a track and orchestra dad myself I am trying to enjoy every event because it seems like the time passes quickly and then suddenly its over. Take time to enjoy each and every season, event, and concert.
