UMBC ESOL Program
The UMBC ESOL Program offers a twelve-credit post baccalaureate certificate in ESOL designed to provide experienced teachers with knowledge and skills to work with students whose first language is not English. Maryland public school teachers and paraeducators are eligible to apply for their Online ESOL PBC Program for Maryland Educators. Participants receive reduced tuition and fees for the program. All four courses are offered completely online.
