Goal 2: By June 2020, Fair Grove will increase overall proficiency by 14% increasing from 56% to 70%.
Goal 3: By June 2019, Fair Grove will increase overall proficiency for Students With Disabilities by 29 points in Math, increasing from 15.6% to 44.6% and by 14.1% in reading, increasing from 8.9% to 23%.

Team reviewed District Walkthrough Data and a suggested strategy: Learning Walks. Team members will take this back to their grade level to discuss further.

Comment: Thank you for uploading your Title I ESSA components. This is a great start for your collection of evidence regarding this school year’s Improvement Plan. As far as we can recognize, this is the only new evidence inside the platform, currently. Perhaps in January, you can strategically plan how to collect the evidence that aligns to your action steps per indicator. You have 2 past due actions. Please resolve these by marking complete or altering the dates. We wish you the happiest during the Holiday Season and look forward to reviewing your progress again on January 14th in the New Year, 2019!!

- Tardies: Team decision to change tardies to being marked at the classroom at 8am. Admin will draft guidelines and information for staff members and families to create consistency and understanding. Jen Choken shared "On-Time Tigers" incentive idea to help out.
- Fun Run Pep Rally-grade level reps will send preferred times for pep rally on January 8th.
