Cell Stuff
Respiration, Fermentation and Photosythesis
Respiration
Cell respiration is a process oxidizing food into carbon dioxide and water. The energy is turned into ATP for cell use.
Fermentation
Cell fermentation is an anaerobic process (Doesn't use oxygen) in which foods are broken down into glucose and makes ATP
Photosynthesis
The process by which plants make their own food from inorganic subĀstances with the help of light is known as photosynthesis. Plants produce organic matter by taking nutrients and water from the soil, carbon dioxide from the air and sun's light energy. The process of photosynthesis is possible by the presence of chlorophyll in the leaves of the plants.
