We will be holding open auditions for the Spring Show beginning next week. Auditions will be open to all New Tech students. If you would like to audition go to Mr Scallorn's room in the Portables before and after school.

You will need a 3 minute monologue and 2 jokes.

Come one, come all! No matter if you are enrolled in an art class or not! New Tech students and staff are welcome to submit art pieces to show at the Inaugural New Tech Art Show on March 10.

All submissions must be received by Mrs. Lloyd in the Studio by February 17 and will be chosen by March 1 for the March 10 show during the Talent Show.

On the BACK of your art piece, attach an index card that includes the following:

Your Name

Grade

Name of artwork

Medium

Our Battle of the Books Teams are working hard to prepare for the district competition. We would love to reward their hard work by awarding gift cards for local businesses to our winners! We are excited to welcome BISD middle schools to our campus on the 24th & 25th during their scheduled time. Students will be able to explore our school, our programs we offer, and ask questions to our students and teachers. Our campus Showcase will be on January 26th at 5pm and our enrollment opens for all students on January 26th at 8am.

The senior parent committee needs your help to get the seniors excited about fundraising for their project celebration event.

We are gearing up to launch a donation drive on Jan. 30th called SnapRaise. Each participating senior will provide 20 email addresses of friends, family, and businesses that would consider a tax-exempt donation to the student’s efforts to raise funds for Project Celebration.
