4th Quarter Wrap-up
Can you believe that we are down to the last 2 weeks of school? As we wrap up the 2015 - 2016 school year, students are working on finishing up fourth quarter assignments and assessments. Please continue to check Powerschool for updates grades and consult with your child about due dates. Many classes are completing different culminating projects for their final 4th quarter assignments. All work must be handed in by next week to be counted in 4th quarter grades.
7th and 8th grade GLOW PARTY DANCE
Hannah Ashton Middle School will host the final 7th and 8th grade dance of the school year!
Date: Friday May 20th
Time: 7pm - 9pm
Admission : $5 at the door w/ ID
Food Pack :$2 Includes: Hotdog, Chips and Drink

6th - 8th Grade Annual Awards Program
Invitations were mailed out a couple of weeks ago to students who will receive an award for various academic honors accomplished throughout the year.
When: Wednesday May 18th
Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Where: Reynoldsburg High School: Livingston Campus Auditorium
5th Grade D.A.R.E and Academic Awards Program
5th grade students will be recognized for the completion of the D.A.R.E. program. Students who received academic honors will also be recognized with various awards. Please plan to come and support our students during their recognition day.

HAMS PTO NEEDS YOU
PTO MEETING ON WEDNESDAY
There will be a PTO meeting on Wednesday at 6:30pm. The PTO will be discussing the end of the year plans as well as finalizing set up for the dance on Friday .

Freshman Scheduling
All 8th graders should have received a letter in the mail with the Academy they will be attending in the fall. Information should include a meeting date for scheduling. If your child has not received a letter please call the office and let us know.
Friday May 20th - Academy Counselors will be coming to HAMS to help students who did not make their scheduling meeting choose classes for their Freshman year.
