Checking Student Progress

Did you know that you can use Schoology to check student progress? Perhaps you want to make sure that students read some text, review some directions, or achieve a certain level of proficiency before proceeding. Perhaps those criteria are your means of ensuring that students have the knowledge they need before proceeding. Schoology can help with that through the use of "Student Completion."

Student Completion is a means of setting criteria that students must meet in order to proceed to the next material or next step. As the instructor of the course, you set the criteria and you have the ability to monitor student progress. If your students are meeting the criteria, that gives you the information you need to setup next steps. If students are not meeting the criteria, you will know that and be able to remediate the situation.
