There were five causes of the First World War

Entangling alliances

Russia and Serbia

Germany and Austria-Hungary

France and Russia

Britain, France, and Belgium

Japan and Britain

The alliances were crazy and often were making countries confused and made the war a lot harder to understand


Tech was improving and an arms race began seeing who could build the best military and the best weapons.
