Brahma Briefing
Brahma Weekly Updates
WEEK 36: May 11 -15, 2020
Hello Brahmas,
Welcome to Week 36.
The month of May is a warm and comforting month where we celebrate and remember what is most important to us. Early in the month we celebrate our moms, nurses, and teachers. As the month continues, we recognize our Classified employees and finish the month with Memorial Day, honoring our men and women who have died protecting us. This weekend was a special time to pause and reflect on the powerful impact our moms have had on us, and I hope each of our Brahma moms, both staff and parents, were showered with the love and adoration they deserve!
To close out our Teacher Appreciation Week, we celebrated our Diamond Bar High School Teacher of year, Mr. Ty Watkins! Mr. Watkins has done an outstanding job this year, and I am very proud to celebrate the positive influence he has on our students. Please click HERE and on the link below for more of the special things Mr. Watkins is doing for Diamond Bar High.
Best Regards,

2020 YEARBOOK - Update
Information about Yearbook Sales and Distribution
Yearbook Distribution: The yearbook staff worked very hard to complete the yearbook and they are looking forward to distribution. If you ordered a yearbook this year, we will be distributing yearbooks when it is safe to do so. At this time, we do not know when distribution will take place or how we will be distributing the yearbooks, but we do know it will not be in May. Due to COVID-19, the plant that prints the yearbook has been closed since March 23, 2020. The plant is scheduled to re-open on May 4, 2020. Once we hear that the yearbook is printed and ready for delivery, we will send out information for distribution. Thank you for your patience.
Purchasing Yearbooks: If you are a senior and you would like to purchase a yearbook, there is information on dbhs.org. If you are an underclassman, you may purchase a book at distribution while supplies last.
