Mrs. Hladun's Tidings

All current LCES families who have a kinder student starting in 2019-20 must turn in their registration paperwork to the LCES front office by Friday, 3/1 at 4 pm to guarantee enrollment at LCES. This is a hard deadline. For more details about registration visit www.wpusd.org or www.lces.wpusd.org.

Next week is our annual Read Across America Week! Thank you to Mrs. Bombard and Ms. Ricci for organizing the activities. We'll be encouraging our students to explore a new book, share their favorites with friends, and contribute new and gently used books to our 'book drive' to benefit Reader to Reader. On Friday, consider wearing your favorite Dr. Seuss inspired outfits; please no make up or masks!

StarStruck is THIS WEEK! There are details below about who is performing when. There are a limited number of tickets available for our shows. You can pick up an unlimited number for $3/ticket. Please note that we will have everyone leave the MPR between shows. There are some reserved parking/chairs set aside for those who won the "Rule the School" raffle at earlier school events. Is your kiddo performing on Wednesday? PTC set up a Panda Express Dine Out on Wed., 2/27 from 5-9 pm - so don't let dinner stress you out, just pick it up! Click for the flier.

Parents Eating Lunch with your Awesome Colt Kiddos

We love having you all come and eat lunch with your children. We are going to ask that you eat at your child's designated lunch table of moving over to the tables by the lunch line. We have had some tears shed and we want to avoid this as much as possible.

Mrs. Beck will be visiting the classrooms to let the students know the current policy. We appreciate your support with this.

First Family Math Night a Success

Thank you to all of the families who attended our first family math night on Thursday, February 21st.
