Stop the Risk in South Sudan

Background info
South Sudan was first colonized by Egypt. Then South Sudan gained independence from Egypt on July 9, 2011, but fighting. Pillay's visit was prompted by Rebel attack on the oil hub of Bentiu that left hundreds dead. Then they started fighting with North Sudan and now they are against each other.
The Rebel Force
The Rebel Force is a group trying to take over South Sudan like ISIS is taking over Syria and half of the Middle East. The Rebel force is weaker then ISIS so it will take a while.
South Sudan at Risk
The Rebel Forces and President Salva Kiir are killing people because on December 2013 , fighting between Rebel Militia and the government escalated into a civil war.

Don't just think adult's are being killed but also children actually more children the adults are being killed.
