Photo Highlights of the Week
Super Fun, SuperGames!Thank you, Thomas P.T.O., for supporting SuperGames! It was a glorious day! We had beautiful weather. Volunteers were masked and distanced, supporting each station on the field. Students rotated between each activity. Additionally, students demonstrated great pax (peaceful) behavior. | Spiderman Sighting!Spiderman was seen at Thomas Elementary Friday morning. Students earning the silly string party for being top Tiger Trek fundraisers enjoyed a surprise visit from Spiderman. Those top earners visited the back playground Friday morning in two groups (primary, intermediate grades). Each student was given a can of silly string. They gave chase to Spiderman, spraying up a storm. The students reported having a BLAST! It was just as entertaining from a spectator's perspective! | Thank you, Tiger Trek Top Earners! Many thanks to all families who raised funds toward our Tiger Trek! Thomas families, your fundraising is greatly appreciated! Your fundraising efforts support SuperGames, which the children LOVE! "This is the best day ever!" was one quote from a student. Check out a few photos from below. After SuperGames, students were distanced in order to end SuperGames with a freeze pop! It was a wonderful day! :-) Mrs. Davis, Principal Mrs. Axelband, Assistant Principal |
