Early Life

Franklin D. Roosevelt. Born on January 30th, 1882. At 14 years old, young Roosevelt was sent to Groton, an exclusive private school. After he graduated from Groton, he got accepted into Harvard College in 1900. In 1903 after getting his undergraduate degree, he returned he went back for a year and became Harvard's student newspaper editor.

Challenges and successes

Franklin Roosevelt was elected in1932, he was 32nd president of the US. Also during The Great Depression. He faced challenges similar to when Germany and Japan threatened America, putting the US, in danger.

How he overcame his challenges

While in office, he guided and inspired the Americans to fight back during trouble and he didn't do all the work. This is one of the reasons of why he was appreciated so much.
