Things to Know
On Wednesday, November 1 we will be going to the Fort Worth Zoo to study animals. The permission slips went home today. Please fill out and sign all the forms before returning. As always, if there is a financial need, please let us know. If you would like to chaperone, you must complete a district background check and be approved prior to the trip.
Fall Festival is quickly approaching! Please send contact information and donations to your child's classroom by Thursday, October 5.
We need your help! Making sure we have enough pictures for the yearbook is always a big work load for Glenhope each year. Luckily, there is a new app where you can help! The app is called Balfour Image Share. If you are at any Glenhope events this year and happen to snap a picture, please use the app to upload it! We are hoping this will give us a wide variety of photos to choose from and ensure we have the best photographs possible in our yearbook! For more information about the app, please see below
At Glenhope, we see our parents as a great resource to the learning that takes place! We would love to collect some information about different businesses, professions, cultures, experts, and organizations represented by our Glenhope families to help compliment our curriculum. If you would be willing to share, please take a minute to provide your information to help us build a collection of connections! https://goo.gl/forms/XGGo2t9mN3Nsx1ZR2
- A background check has to be done each school year. If you are planning to chaperone or volunteer, you must be approved before you are able to participate. The form can be accessed on the district's website.
**You will need our school project code to create your account in the app:

Reminders
- There is no school for students tomorrow, Friday, October 6 and Monday, October 9. Enjoy the nice fall weather and the long weekend.
- Your children will begin taking the CogAt tests on October 16. This will be given over their iPads. It is imperative that the children bring their charged iPad daily. Please help us make this testing easier by reminding them to charge their devices nightly.
- Join PTA! This can be done online this year.
