We are missing you Pottsgrove!
stay connected
A Message from our Guidance Counselors
Hello Pottsgrove,
During this unprecedented time we are doing all we can to have our entire school staff accessible remotely. I would like you to encourage your students to join each counselor's grade level Remind account. Each counselor will send an email to all students through Schoology.
In addition, please make sure your son or daughter is part of the Remind account for his/her grade level. The counselors will be given access to this account to send Reminds to each grade level.
During this time of remote learning, it is imperative that students are able to receive all vital communication. Thank you for working together with us through these transitions!
Feel free to reach out to Mrs. Gribosh
If you haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Gribosh, we'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you!
Mrs. Gribosh came to Pottsgrove in September of 2019 and is a shared Counselor between the high school and the middle school. She is a graduate from Temple University with a Bachelor's in Social Work and has over 25 years of mental health experience. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter. Mrs. Gribosh enjoys traveling to National Parks and spending time outdoors in the garden.
She is available to check in with, as needed, for any stressors... from a bad day to ongoing stressors. There are multiple ways that you can reach her, all listed below. Feel free to email, call and leave a voicemail on her school extension (she will call you back), or reach out through Remind.

Student Attendance - A note from Ms. Spilman-Cooper
Dear Students and Parents, I hope you are all healthy and safe. Please reach out to me at my email address for any and all attendance concerns or questions: LSpilman-Cooper@pgsd.org.
Also feel free to use the email attendance box at : HSAbsent@pgsd.org.
I will be regularly checking both. Students, as Mr. Daney has been reminding you, don't forget to access Schoology daily and complete your attendance survey with your correct student ID/Lunch code. If you have any access issues, please contact one of us. If you forget, or are unsure of your correct student ID number, please email me and I'll provide it to you. As always, I'm here to help!
Sincerely,
Ms. Spilman-Cooper
