INTRODUCING...

MSOL DROP-OFF PROCEDURES FOR EQUIPMENT & TEXTBOOKS

All My School Online students who have equipment or textbooks from CCHS must return those items prior to the end of the school year. Our MANDATORY return date is May 27th. We will have two VOLUNTARY drop-off days, which are May 25th and May 26th.


Items REQUIRED to be returned:


  • Laptop with Charger (must be charged to 100% when returned)
  • Textbooks
  • Library Books
  • Band/Orchestra Instruments
  • Cameras w/Bag
  • Hot Spots
  • IPads w/Charger (must be charged to 100% when returned)

If your child is finished using their computer, ipad, instrument, textbooks, hotspot, etc...feel free to bring them to our front office on May 25th or May 26th between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm for our "voluntary" drop-off.


If your child is using their materials for make-up exams, then you must return all borrowed items from CCHS on May 27th between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm.


Please see the flyer for details of how to drop off all items! When you are dropping off your borrowed items, you may also pick up any athletic or academic awards, and your yearbook if you purchased one.

Junior to Senior Takeover! Class of 2022

We are excited to celebrate our Junior Class with a takeover on May 19th! Juniors, please remember to get your crown from the stage in lunches beginning May 14th! No backpacks will be allowed on campus for remainder of year beginning on 5/20. Only fanny packs or purses the size of a half-sheet of paper are allowed. Drawstring bags are not allowed.

Senior Signs - Sale Ends Sunday, 5/16

Senior signs are available for purchase one more time! Seniors, this is your last chance - the online store will be open UNTIL SUNDAY, MAY 16TH. Please CLICK HERE to order. This will be the final chance for Seniors and families of Seniors to order signs.


If you ordered a Senior yard sign in our last order, they are being handed out to Seniors at school beginning today. MSOL families should have received email notifications that they can come to our front office and pick up their signs any weekday between 7:00am and 3:30pm.

Senior Class Meeting - 5/18 @ 9am in the Gym

All Seniors are asked to meet in the gym at 9am on 5/18. We will be reviewing Graduation expectations, answering any questions and showing the Senior Video for the first and only time. Seniors, please plan to attend this important meeting. If you are a traditional student, you will be released by announcement. We will have a zoom link for any MSOL students.

Senior Awards Night - A Night Among the Stars! May 24th

Please join us at The Coyote Stadium for "A Night Among the Stars!" This event replaces our traditional "Senior Breakfast" due to Covid-19 rules. We are excited to host this outdoor event so that all guests of Seniors can attend. We will be honoring our Seniors who have earned scholarships, have received departmental/program awards, who are headed to college or the military, and much, much more!


Please remember to wear blue to honor our Senior class!

Graduation - GUEST EXPECTATIONS & INFORMATION

Parents/Guardians of Seniors & guests, please read the attached document for specific information about the Class of 2021 Graduation. Please make special note of ticket information (no more than 4 guests per Senior), and arrival times. We also want to make sure you are aware that we will be streaming the ceremony via our Facebook page for any additional family members or friends who can't attend the ceremony due to guest limits.

Graduation - SENIOR STUDENT EXPECTATIONS & INFORMATION

Seniors & Parents/Guardians of Seniors, please read the attached document for specific information about the Class of 2021 Graduation. We will be meeting with all Seniors on May 18th at 9:00am in the gym for an overview of these expectations. We will be sending a Zoom link via Class of 2021 MyLearning page to any Seniors who are in MSOL so they can also participate in this Senior meeting.


There is an incredibly important action item for all Seniors. Each Senior must log onto their MyLearning account and complete the Senior Survey, which also asks them for the names of their 4 guests. This information is due no later than May 12th. See flyer for more information.

A Night in Pops Concert - May 25th

Come out and see our end of year Band of Coyotes perform "A Night in: Pops Concert" at the WCHS Performing Arts Center! Band merchandise will be sold at this event.

AP TESTING INFORMATION!

AP Testing will begin Monday, May 3 and run through Monday, May 17. All AP students should confirm their test date, time, and location with their AP instructor. Testing locations have also been sent to students through the email they used for AP Classroom. Please note that some afternoon exams will extend beyond school hours and may require alternate transportation home. All traditional students taking AP exams are expected to submit THIS MACH FORM by Friday, April 30 to let us know their plans for attendance on their exam day. This form is also required for parent/guardian permission for any student who would like to use an SRA for the school hours in which they are not testing.

  • Drop-Off – All MSOL students should report to the Gym on Exam Day between 7:30 and 7:45 for check-in. At check-in, students will receive their testing location information. Face masks are required for entrance.
  • All exams begin at 8 am.
  • Please note that start times are fixed, however breaks and extended time students may impact pick-up times.

DID YOU GET A POSITIVE TEST OVER THE WEEKEND?
If a staff member or student receives a positive COVID-19 test result during the weekend, please submit a copy of the positive results to COVIDresults@pasco.k12.fl.us. The COVID Response Team will review the information and determine if contact tracing needs to occur. If so, a team member will work with school administration.


Visitor Screener Questions:

Visitors to campus are permitted by appointment only. Please call 813-346-4400. All Visitors with an Appointment Must:

  • Complete the Visitor Self-Screener - CLICK HERE FOR THE LINK!
  • Come to the Front Office and ring doorbell.
  • Remain in designation location as directed (ex. front office, on bench outside front office)


Covid-19 Daily Report for all schools in our District, AND the archived report.

  1. Go to the Pasco Schools Website
  2. Look over to your right at the top of the site under "Latest News" and click COVID-19 Daily Report and look on the right hand side and you will see the total number of employee and student cases for the day.
  3. If you want to see the archived report, which is a report of every instance of reported Covid-19, you would click the green button underneath that daily report that says View All Cases.
  4. If you view all cases and count each case instance that has been reported at a school, that will give you the total number of cases reported at that school site.
  5. The column titled "Impacted Students" means the number of students that had to be quarantined due to contact tracing.
